Description:
10' Montague bamboo casting  rod.  High-end with nickel silver hardware, “Patent Applied For” on locking band  reel seat.  Marked, “B. Trolling Rod –MBA”.  MBA = Mark B. Aldrich.  Since this locking band was patented in 1907, this rod was probably built between 1905 and 1907.
